Shake your coconuts and sing to your hearts content while enjoying the 1958 musical classic, SOUTH PACIFIC on the big screen at the Galaxy Theatres. Wear a costume and compete for prizes at the reception in the VIP Lounge (age 21+) or just come for the film which will be screened in the VIP and regular theatres (all ages welcome.)

Can a girl from Little Rock find happiness with a mature French planter she got to know “one enchanted evening”, away from the military hospital where she is a nurse? Or should she just “wash that man right out of her hair?” Mitzi Gaynor and Rossano Brazzi star in this romantic tale of young lovers on a South Pacific island during WWII. The natural beauty of the islands, the hijinks of the sailors, the danger of the war, and the sizzle of love are the inspirations of the sensational Oscar-nominated Rogers & Hammerstein score. This is going to be “Some Enchanted Evening”, so we hope to see you there!

As a special bonus, Atascadero’s Greyhound Theatre musical students will perform several numbers from their upcoming SOUTH PACIFIC stage show, in the Galaxy lobby and VIP Theatre between 6-7pm.
