ACTING FOR THE CAMERA WITH AARON METCHIK

Are you ready for your closeup?? Come learn the art of acting for the camera with professional film & TV acting coach, Aaron Metchik. In this 90 minute lesson, you’ll practice on set skills like hitting your mark
(without looking at your mark), try different acting techniques for closeups, medium shots and wide shots, and most importantly, you’ll start to learn an on-camera specific approach to acting that draws viewers into your authentic “experience,” rather than projecting a “performance” outward.

With over 15 years of coaching, Aaron Metchik has helped hundreds of actors get talent agents and book film & TV roles. He is the head instructor at Actor’s Edge, a Film & TV Acting School in San Luis Obispo offering
acting classes for all ages and skill levels plus optional showcases where students can perform for Los Angeles talent agents and other entertainment industry professionals. This workshop is for adults 18+. Learn more
