The San Luis Obispo International Film Festival provides a unique opportunity for your brand or business to connect authentically with your audience!
Having grown from an intimate local celebration of classic films in 1993, to the Central Coast’s premiere annual event that celebrates the power of storytelling through independent cinema. We pride ourselves in sourcing culturally innovative films from around the world, and aim to unite people through the immersive experience of seeing their stories play out on the big screen.
By choosing to become a sponsor during our six day annual festival, or for one of our many other community events taking place throughout the year, our film festival provides the opportunity for our sponsors to connect, interact, engage, and inspire their audience through a unique platform while uplifting the many diverse voices that will create positive change within our community of film lovers along the Central Coast.

Our sponsors receive continuous media coverage throughout the year thanks to our generous media partners, coordinated social sharing, and are featured in our annual printed program guide that is distributed amongst festival attendees and our extensive mailing list.

The San Luis Obispo International Film Festival is an IRS-approved, 501c3 non-profit public charity.
Donations and sponsorships are eligible for up to a 100% tax deduction depending on benefits received.
We are an inclusive festival. Help us keep us keep it that way.
Generous support from our sponsors and donors help us to cover up to half of our operating costs. Not only will you be assisting us support our dedicated small staff of three, but you will also be assisting us support our valued local venues, cover AV costs, and advertising and marketing costs.

discussion panels, post-screening Q&A's, or supporting budding filmmakers through our
Filmmakers of Tomorrow Showcase for film-lovers of all ages along the Central Coast.
