Every two years, 300,000 senior citizens from all over the country compete in the Senior Olympic Games, and this film documents their amazing story. Meet Roger, a 100 year-old tennis player from Cape Cod, Massachusetts, who acts as an inspiration for athletes everywhere. Shoot some baskets with five-time gold medalists The Tigerettes from Livingston, Louisiana, seven women from ages 65 to 77 who add spice to life with competitive basketball. These men and women, of sound mind and body, remind us all that age is just a number. Charged by the spirit of competition, these charming athletes are driven to win – old age be damned!
