HOW TO REDEEM YOUR FAN PACK OR PASS

LINE PRIORITY

PASSHOLDER LINE: Admitted 30 minutes before showtime. Open to Movie Mogul, Sponsor, Filmmaker, See+Stay, and Movie Star passes.
RESERVED TICKET HOLDER LINE: Admitted 25 minutes before showtime. Open to all guests who have pre-purchased or pre-reserved a ticket. You must have a ticket QR code to the exact screening. Open to Fan Pack 6 holders who have reserved a film screening in advance.
WALK UP LINE: Admitted 10 minutes before showtime if space is available. Open to Fan Pack 6 holders who have not reserved film screening in advance. Open to general publicwho have not purchased a ticket in advance.

Passes and ticket packages (like a Fan Pack 6) help save on transaction fees and give you savings if you want to see multiple films!

NOTE:
To see a short film, purchase a ticket to one of the shorts programs or one of the features that the short is playing with!

NOT A FAN OF PURCHASING ONLINE?
We will have a Festival Box Office open during the month of the festival so that you can visit us in-person!

  • Make sure to arrive at least 35 minutes prior to all screenings to line up at the venue. We do empty seats to the walk up line! 
  • Passholders will be let in 30 minutes before the screening. All remaining passholders will be seated first-come, first-served with pre-sold ticket buyers 15 minutes before the screening start time.
  • All seating is general admission.
  • Bring your phone or printed ticket for scanning. Make sure to enlarge the barcode for volunteers to easily scan your ticket.
  • Screenings may include Q&A’s after the film with visiting filmmakers, these generally run no longer than 10 minutes! Don’t be afraid to ask questions!

Gifting has never been easier! Just add a pass or package to your cart and click the checkbox that says “Is this a gift?”

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. In the event of an unscheduled cancellation, refunds may be issued at management’s discretion. Attendees assume all risks associated with the event, and management is not liable for any injuries.

Outside alcohol, drugs, weapons, food, and glass containers are prohibited. Recording devices, cameras, and any form of unauthorized reproduction of screenings are strictly forbidden. Bag checks may be conducted.

By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded for festival promotions. Management reserves the right to deny entry or remove individuals for disorderly conduct or non-compliance. Ticket refunds, if granted, may exclude ticketing fees.
