This coming-of-age, dark comedy follows 20-something Lulu navigating her father’s birthday pool party. If wearing a swimsuit in front of your “6 almonds is a meal” mother all day wasn’t anxiety-inducing enough, Lulu’s also reunited with her childhood family friend who bullied her in unique ways when they were kids. As tensions build, Lulu resorts to surprising methods to reclaim her space amid the chaos.
