Kylie, a Black ballerina from the inner city of Los Angeles, expresses her trials and tribulations within the ballet community that is consumed with looks, body image and perfection. In an artistic and graceful visual compilation, KYLIE shows the young woman’s struggles being a Black woman in the culture of ballet, and grapples with what comes with the sports pressures.
