Parking downtown? The best place to park is our parking structures, there are three main parking structures:

• 842 Palm Street (Walking distance to Palm Theatre and Fremont)

• 919 Palm Street (Walking distance to Palm Theatre and Fremont)

• 871 Marsh Street (across the street from Downtown Centre Cinemas)

• 871 Marsh Street (across the street from Downtown Centre Cinemas)

609 Palm Street (Brand new, EV Parking spaces, furthest away from theaters but close to restaurants)

Daily maximum rate is $8.00.

Street parking rates in downtown San Luis Obispo range from $3 to $4 per hour depending on where you park. It is more expensive to park in the downtown core than in outlying streets.

San Luis Obispo has a relaxed, semi-casual vibe. While we encourage guests to dress up for our evening events, this isn’t a formal black-tie festival—come stylish, comfortable, and ready to enjoy.l.

We are aware and actively informed about the repairs happening at the Fremont. As of now, we are told that our events taking place there will still continue, but we have contingency plans in place if things change.

No festival events are truly sold out, as we hold seats for passholders across all events. If the event has moved to Door Sales, we encourage folks to use the Walk Up line, which is admitted after the passholders and ticket holders. Tickets in the walk up line are $15, Card Only.

After we have admitted the Passholders and Ticket Holders, we will count the remaining seats and sell to the walk-up line. Tickets are $15 and Card Only.
