Ox + Anchor, in partnership with the SLO Film Fest and The Palm Theatre, invites you to enjoy the perfect pairing – dinner and a movie!  For the next few weeks catch food related films playing at the historic Palm Theatre, and then head next door to treat yourself to an exclusive prix fixe dinner by Chef Ryan Fancher before or after the film! As an extra bonus, $10 from each meal is donated to the San Luis Obispo Film Festival.

  • Tickets to each film can be purchased at the Palm Theater Box Office on the evening of the screening or online at
  • Advanced dinner reservations are highly recommended. Please specify the prix fixe menu when making your reservation. The Prix fixe menu does not include a ticket to the film. 
  • Suggested dinner reservation times are 6:15 pm or later for a 4:15 pm showtime, or 5:00 pm for a 7:00 pm showtime.
  • Each film title plays three times weekly, Wednesdays at 7pm and 4:15pm on Sat & Sunday but the menu will be avaiable all week.
