The personal and evocative documentary, Brights Lights premiered at the Telluride Film Festival just months before the untimely deaths of its two subjects: Debbie Reynolds and Carrie Fisher.

Son of Reynolds and brother of Fisher, Todd Fisher is a Central Coast resident and SLO Film Fest supporter. He witnessed firsthand the ups and downs of his family’s storied history and is featured throughout the documentary that he also co-produced.

Join us for an intimate evening with Todd Fisher who will sit down and talk with Variety editor, Jenelle Riley after a screening of “Bright Lights.” And don’t miss The Unsinkable Molly Brown screening on Thursday, March 16 at the Octagon Barn in San Luis Obispo. Click here for details.
